This role exists to manage and maintain the reception of AIA Australia’s Melbourne office and undertake administrative and office responsibilities. The successful candidate will also assist the CEO Office and Executive Committee with activities from time to time, as directed by the Senior Manager, CEO Programs. To do this successfully you will:

  • Act as the central point of contact within the Melbourne office, helping to facilitate a strong AIA organisational culture and front-facing brand
  • Greet visitors and provide support in a timely manner to all internal and external clients
  • Work cohesively with all staff and provide an efficient receptionist and office administration service, while also supporting staff engagement activities
  • Manage the booking register of meeting rooms, ensuring all rooms are kept in order and reporting any IT issues with the IT department
  • Ad hoc travel and logistics for CEO and Executive Committee
  • Invoicing and expenses for the CEO Office
Successful applications will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in previous administration in corporate, medical, or similar environment support roles
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with senior executives
  • Highly organised, reliable, and dependable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management to deliver high quality work
